Return & Exchange Policy – Holy Threads

Introduction

At Holy Threads, we believe in ensuring a smooth and transparent return and exchange process to make your shopping experience worry-free. Currently, our range consists only of t-shirts, and we aim to serve you with quality and comfort.

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange your T-shirt within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unwashed, and in its original tags and packaging. A video of the product, taken before initiating the return or exchange, is required for processing.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

  • Only unused and unwashed products will be accepted for return or exchange.
  • The product must be in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for size issues or if the product received is defective or incorrect.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Products bought under clearance sales or special promotional offers (unless defective).
  • Items damaged due to misuse or not meeting return conditions.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Write to us at holythreadscustomercare@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Mention your order number, issue, and attach product images if applicable.
  3. Once approved, we will schedule a pickup (if available) or ask you to self-ship the item.
  4. After the product is received and passes quality check, we will process your refund or ship the exchange.

Pickup & Self-Shipping

We provide reverse pickup in select pin codes. You’ll be notified if your area is eligible. If pickup is unavailable, please self-ship the product to our provided address and share the courier details with us.

Refund Process

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
  • COD orders will be refunded via the delivery partners assigned by Holy Threads.
  • Allow up to 10–15 business days for the refund process to complete after product receipt.
